Businesses within our exhibitor areas, must first seek the permission of the EYTCC, should they wish to locate tables and/or chairs outside, after 6pm on the Wednesday, 21st June 2023. This is because permission has been granted by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, for road closures and access to exhibit classic and vintage vehicles – which have been pre-booked before the event. This is requested in compliance with the Pavement License regulation, Annex B, section 1.7 (c) – and section 5.1 (a)(b)(c) and (d).

Exhibitor areas: All, Beverley Saturday Market Place, Toll Gavel, Butcher Row, and Wednesday Market.

NOTE: In some instances, applications may be declined, or the available area reduced.

We need to carefully manage all spaces, for the public and vehicle exhibitors, with full consideration of  Health & Safety requirements. Ensuring sufficient exhibitor areas, and adequate free footfall space. Maintaining emergency vehicle access – is imperative. Those businesses failing to comply, may be required to remove any obstacles. This may be enforced by the ERYC.
